Refund policy
Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. That said, if you are dissatisfied with your coffee or there was an issue with our delivery, contact hello@beantecost.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll help make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Any refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
